I broke crown which Shawn Young had done.  One of several of his which have broken. This crown broke simply by flossing my teeth. The crown broke by inserting the floss between it and next tooth. The crown is 7 years old as Valerie his receptionist told me and nothing lasts forever. Needless to say, I needed to fix this ASAP.  Valerie could only book an appointment 3 days away.   I asked for a bettter aapointment considering my situation. Valerie’s apparently lack of empathy lead me to remind her this was not the first time this has happened. Valerie responded that since you are always unhappy, I should go elsewhere.  I have.

Arizona Healthy Smiles dental practice in Tempe, Arizona is a class act. Dr. Shawn Young gives off the feel of your home town dentist right here in Tempe. At his practice you’re not just a number in a dental mill that churns out patients, they care about you here. 

After going through a negative experience with another practice with an emergency root canal (can you get colder reception in the valley? Who needs an AC? Go to that mill) it was a pleasure to switch over my business to Shawn’s practice. He takes the time to get to know you as does the rest of the staff. I like the art on the walls and it’s not sardine packed with other patients in the same room with you. You’re treated like you all live in the same community there. 

Arizona Healthy Smiles took good care of me and my wife and worked with me to figure a way to pay for the expense of the multiple visits (I have no dental coverage). They have a couple of good deals including a discount membership and a new patient’s coupon on their website. Oh, ask Shawn about Oregon if you get the chance. He’s from there ;)

This is a wonderful dental office. My family first started seeing Dr. Young after our dentist retired.  He and his staff are great with our kids. The office staff is very friendly and my family enjoys our six month check-ups.  if you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend Dr. Young

Dr. Young has been my dentist for over five years.  He and his office staff are wonderful!  They are great with kids too. My 4 and 8 year old are patients too. I would highly recommend this office.
