Biggest joke of a health care system. They deserve a minus 20 No one is educated on how to help or verify a procedures. They don't care! No compassion!!! 4 months I have been suffering. I hope this lawyer can help me sue Arizona Health Choice and the Dentist. People need to wake up they don't give a flying rats A$$. Let's see how it feels if this was their family wasn't getting them medical attention they need . It's not asking to much for medical attention. It's your responsibility as an insurance company to check these doctors out and to make sure that they haven't had any grievance complaints against them. American Dental Association has been contacted. Shame on Arizona Health Choice. Nasty people!
I thought it would take an hour or so, I went in they came for me in less than 5 minutes, Denise helped me through the process with great service and I was out within 30 minutes.
Just moved from New York State and called them to find out more information and get help. No one was able to help me and transferred me around and after sitting on hold someone picked up the phone and stapled things and then hung up. I then called back and got transferred around and someone then again picked up the phone off hold and did things and hung up again. I am not happy with this at all as this is my first experience with Az, I’m sickened by the people you have working for you. I would be pulling phone record and finding out who’s hanging up on customers and not doing their job.
I don't understand all the bad reviews. I had nothing but fantastic customer service from everyone I spoke to. They solved any issues I had very quickly. The only negative I can think of is that hold times on the phone are pretty long sometimes.
There are a few instances when we come across those who genuinely care for the well being of who they talk to and today JILL was a huge help and just a delight to have work on my case and assist me in the renewal. Thank you! 100 stars if I could!
While I did experience some problems in the past this year they've been Gold : They automatically re-enrolled me! The representative I spoke with couldn't have been nicer and I'm really hoping the luck lasts this time! Fingers crossed! Thank you
Ive been having terrible breast pain for weeks on end. Been trying to apply online- Can't confirm my identity. Okay, I'll call their customer service line-- been waiting for a good hour and no representative is picking up Why is it merely impossible to apply for health-care? It Impossible to get help. Whats the point of being a heath care provider without helping people at all or not helping people in need? They should be closed down at this point.
I’d give zero stars if that were possible. I don’t understand why all of the representatives are so rude and incompetent. All of them talk to you in a condescending tone. They make you jump through all these hoops just to start the process. You send them all kinds of documents, but it’s never right, and it’s never enough. You’re asked to give out other people’s information that they are not comfortable giving out. None of them give you all of the information and tell you exactly what they need from you and when. Each of them tells you something different, but blames you for not knowing something that no one has told you. This is supposed to be an organization to help people in need, but they make it extremely difficult for you to get the benefits. Things like this are proof of the apathy in this country, especially politically speaking. This country favors the wealthy, and basically just kicks those struggling to the side. AHCCCS is just as bad. They are all very rude, and could care less about helping you. These are people that are supposed to be helping those in need. None of them care, and won’t do anything to help you, if anything they’ll just make it harder. All of the representatives are cold-hearted, lazy individuals that shouldn’t be working at a place designed to help people. No wonder we have a fairly low happiness rating.
I received mail advising me that if I do not use my EBT I will lose it however due to moving from one address to another. They are not able to communicate the update from EBT to AHCCS and Visa versa. Which in turn has this assistance locked down. I have 15+ Hrs of phone time with customer support supervisor support and the constant response is we haven't been notified yet, please wait for us to update the system. 2 months of constant transferring calls, being advised the other office isn't doing their Job and the meantime I am going to lose my benefits due to a broken system or a staff not willing to do the proper leg work needed to support a families needs in order to access the support needed... is this ignorance or red tape?
Just needed info on son which we supplied my permission to talk too but was told that part isn’t in her program so she doesn’t look into that part of program. We have to go get a authorization form to talk too her. Rude treated like it’s really a bother. Must be a big problem since I see only one star on most reviews. All negative!!
