Lame service. Chris Evans the woman with a man voice lacks customers skills. Very incompetent insurance agent. Called to talk to a manager or owner and I was told that was on vacation for the next couple of weeks. Totally unprofessional person. By the experience it seems that this place can only get you car insurance if you want home insurance or business insurance or to be insured and bonded for your construction business they are unable to provide those kind of services.

We have our insurance needs met through Fonda at AZ Insurance Clinic.  This business and Agent are Courteous, expedient and have customer service above and beyond all others.  If you are not utilizing this business and it's agents for your insurance needs, you are dealing with hassle and paying more than you need to.  I cannot say enough good things about this place!

I highly recommend Arizona Insurance Clinic and Chris Evans in particular to meet your insurance needs. She has gone above and beyond to meet my particular needs. I was in a bind when changing from an out of state broker to Chris for professional liability insurance. I have worked with her for going on 5 years with my home and auto insurance. She made sure my PL insurance never lapsed and worked expeditiously in doing so. She is also upbeat and has a positive attitude so working with her is always a joyful experience!

I've been working with Craig and Arizona Insurance Clinic for a very long time.  They always provide excellent customer service.  Everything is done in a timely and efficient manner and I really appreciate the level of knowledge they provide.   The staff is professional and friendly and makes every transaction a pleasure.  I highly recommend them to anyone looking to change insurance companies.
