Been with this agency for over two years now. Have been very impressed with the customer service they provide. I feel like they would actually represent me in a claim situation. Never really got that feeling from other insurance agents in the past. I would also like to recognize Roslyn "Roz" Burke. She has been wonderful to work with.

Needed insurance pretty quickly, State Farm had Shannon give me a call. I’m extremely glad he reached out to me, he was very professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable about all my questions. I highly recommend Southwest Premier!

Roslyn & Richard are always extremely helpful and very reactive!
We moved to the USA in 2013 and Richard has been our agent since day one. They have been patient with our questions and always trying to help us get the best deal.
I would strongly recommend their agency!

Southwest Premier are the best in the business. Richard is always on top of everything and provides the best customer service around!! I have home,auto and business insurance with him and the rates are spectacular!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
