Amy did a great job getting me an umbrella policy for a reasonable price.  I had attempted to get quotes from several other agencies but I guess because I own properties in several states it was too difficult for them. Amy was able to save me well over a thousand dollars and provide the coverage I needed.  She was easy to work with and responsive to all my questions.  I would recommend her.

Amy was great, my wife and I needed insurance as the last company we were with increased our rates by almost $700.00. She shopped around and did all the leg work and presented us with the best offer.  I could not be more pleased with the customer service and responsiveness. I would highly recommend Insurance Brokers of Arizona.

mike , the broker i used when getting my home and auto insurance was very informative and ansewered any question i had in a way that was easy for me to understand and in a pleasant manner. he also found the rates for me in a timely manner. i would definitely recommend him to anyone needing insurance.

This week we contacted and worked with Michael Hall at your agency.  We were with AAA of Arizona for 10 to 12 years.  Because we dropped a second auto which was not being used, they wanted to bump the premium on the one remaining auto $80.00 every six months PLUS I was able to get a lower premium rate quote online with them, than our proposed renewal quote.  I am 70 and my wife is 65.  Seniors get their backs up and make decisions based on principle sometimes.  We decided to change insurance companies.  Tried to search individual companies online but no luck for better pricing.  Found your company online and spoke with Michael.  He found an option for us to change to.  Michael was extremely patient, understanding to our needs and desires for coverage. He listened and was always professional.  He worked with us thru the whole process with patience.  We even had a senior principal moment where we asked Michael to change one policy because of a $13.00 misunderstanding.  He again was patient, did not react, calmly made the requested change and we moved on.  Not having worked with Michael Hall or Insurance Brokers of Arizona prior, I spoke directly to the proposed new insurance company headquarters on the East coast.  They verified that everything which Michael communicated was 100% accurate.  I spent many years in my working career at the senior level of national banking/mortgage companies.  Michael is a PRO.  We finalized the insurance change over in three days.    We trust your company and Michael Hall with our insurance needs going forward and highly recommend your company and Michael hall to anyone, especially senior citizens who need help and guidance with their insurance needs. Working with this company was a surprising experience.  Lisa Schuster was able to get a quote for us when 4 other insurance companies couldn't, plus she did it in 2 days.  We especially appreciate how fast Lisa got back to us, both by phone and email.  Recommend 100%.
