Awful. I am sure this place is fine if your insurance is paying but if you are self pay or have maxed out your insurance watch out! It all started fine and the office and equipment are beautiful. After an X-ray I had to wait about an hour before they could get the financial part figured out to present to me. Some “closer” came in in nice clothes to tell me the price they must have her do that job for the way she looks because she seemed pretty dim. From there it basically turned into a timeshare presentation even with a big black satin folder, real fancy. When they presented the price it was multiple times higher than I had paid for the same procedure six month earlier elsewhere. I refused and left. Then they called the next day when they had seen I posted a bad review and said they could do it for much cheaper. In other words they were ripping me off and now that they were caught and wanted to make it right. This is probably a good place if you are rich but if you are just average trying to get by steer clear of this place.

Had a molar extracted by Dr. Wood one week ago. There was no pain whatsoever during the procedure and surprisingly none after either. A little tenderness for 4 days, after that completely normal. I was very impressed with the care I was given, a very positive experience. I have no dental insurance, paid in cash and thought the charge  was quite reasonable.

Had taken my 13 year old to see Dr. Cole for a tooth exposure.  The staff and technical staff treated her with great care and eased her worries. Not to mention mom's worries. Great job!

On December 22, 2017 I scheduled my surgery with Dr. Wood to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed and surgical access of an unerupted tooth bonding. I'm 45 years old. By all accounts, this was not supposed to be easy given my age and my being on fosomax for osteoporosis. I expected this Christmas to be nothing more than an uncomfortable recovery. I woke up from surgery with minimal discomfort. I got by on one of the prescribed pain killers and nothing but ibuprofen the rest of the way. That night Dr. Wood called me to check on me and I told him I was doing well and watching TV in good spirits. He reminded me to call if anything went wrong, and he would respond, even over the Christmas holiday. I never needed to. I moved quickly from jello, to ice cream, and within two days was enjoying more solid foods. Almost 3 weeks removed I'm doing great and never needed the expected 5 to 7 days of taking things easy. I was doing light chores and exercise within 2. I can't stress enough how good I feel about having Dr. Wood as my oral surgeon should I ever need to have any additional work done. He's professional, very polite, will tell you all you need to know and answer any questions. Oh, and I was smiling and opening up Christmas gifts with wife and daughter just 3 days later on the 25th. My wife thought we would wait until I was better. There was no need!

I am very satisfied with the attention and services provided to my by  Dr. Robert S. Wood and his medical staff, all of the made me feel very special. The office personnel is very courteous and caring. The location in Oro Valley is very pleasing to the eye. I recommend them very highly.
