Terrible dental and denture work. They do not live up to their TV advertisement. Go to a real dentist, this place is a scam. You'll be taken advantage of like I was for dentures. They'll rip you off. As you can see from the 2.5 rating you'll be better off and spend less at a regular dentist who really cares about you and not how much you're willing to pay. Bottom line here is cash not your health.

Stay away! This place found over 2 thousand worth of Dental work on me. Dentist came in...spent less than 2 minutes and found 3 cavities not to mention gum disease. Found it suspicious since I couldn't see any cavities for one and the Hygienist never mentioned them. Few other red flags as well. Anyway not trusting them I went to another Dentist recommended to me. Imagine my surprise! No cavities and no gum disease! Told me my teeth would be with me till the bitter end. Just needed a teeth cleaning. This place is awful! Basically stealing from people. Don't know how they sleep at night. Stay away from corporate chains. You know what their bottom line is.

Dr. ARORA is not a good dentist. I had a bunch of crowns, 8 in all only has been a year. Three are being redone because they came loose, and another has a big gap between it and the real tooth next to it. The shots are VERY painful, they are not friendly, they try to upsell me a lot of stuff, and the work is awful. Once they repair the work they did wrong, I'm not going back. Dr. ARORA is has a good talk, but not good dental skills. I give 0 stars, but don't have that option.

Not a pleasant experience at all, not sure why when they're told e can't afford to be up-sold that they need to resort to shaming

Highly unsatisfied with my experience. They use the same selling tactics sales people use in retail stores. Short version is It felt like they were way more concerned with selling than my health. read on for the long version and judge for yourself, judge me as informative or 1 star complainer as you will. I made an appointment for a regular cleaning, and it's been a while, so I needed xrays as well. From the start this place had all the signs of the sort of place trying to upsell you at every turn. The new patient paper work included lots of questions about optional and cosmetic services you may be interested in, fair enough, nothing wrong with that, they are a business after all. When I mention to the hygienist that I just wanted a cleaning, she said they would if I was a candidate for cleaning. I was not told I may not be a candidate for cleaning at the time I made the appointment. As they are doing tests, the hygienist asks me questions like she is a sales person trying to sell me something, more than a health care provider concerned about my health. Asking a question like "do you want to lose your teeth?" isn't about finding medical concerns a patient has (duh, nobody wants to lose their teeth) It's about getting people to think about negative things they would like to avoid. I'm a sales person, and I know the psychology behind questions like "so what do you like about your smile?" which is the first thing I was asked by the hygienist. After some more tests I come to find they recommend me for gum therapy and don't do cleanings on patients who are recommended for gum therapy. They inform me of this after I'm halfway though the appointment and took xrays, making it hard to just say no and go to another dentist. Without explaining in much detail what gum therapy is, I refused after the hygienist and doctor tried to sell it to me. When it was clear I wasn't going to pay for anything the hygienist became less friendly and made comments which felt like snide comments to make me feel guilty. The cleaning was the absolute worst cleaning I have ever had from any dentist. She only touched the flat edge of the tooth, saying that getting between the teeth or at the gumline is something only covered under gum therapy. I've never had any other dentist tell me this. I've always had it covered as part of a regular insurance cleaning. When I asked the receptionist to explain the charges to me, she did not do so in much detail. I won't suggest I didn't need the services they suggested, but their basic cleaning is by far the worst that I have ever had.
