They called me multiple times, text me and emailed me after they changed my appointment time to an earlier time.  However, when they were late, they could not bother to call me.  They expected me to wait 30 minutes.  Go elsewhere.  I would give them 0 stars.

The hygienist I have been seeing is wonderful.  However, Dr. Kim has quite a lot to learn about how to treat patients.  You don't simply jab a long needle in someone's mouth without warning and without any finesse whatsoever.  I have never had an anesthetic injection in my mouth hurt so badly.  I will never be back.

I have been a patient for approx.8-9 years and even though the staff has changed through the years, everyone has been attentive and caring and very professional for all the services I have had performed.

As usual Tami was professional, proficient and friendly. All this in spite of having gone though quite an ordeal earlier that morning. I found out of the situation she had experienced through my being nosy and questioning her because of her somewhat serious demeanor. Too bad she did not leave for the day. This is a testament of her professionalism and dedication to her craft. It is a pleasure for us to go there because of her. Carlos & Nancy Flores

I really do not like the way they have recently gone to trying to sell me stuff and services.
"You need braces" "You need a night guard"  "You need this super duper toothbrush"  You really need this fluoride treatment" "You need this ultraviolet cancer screen" I'm seriously thinking of changing dentists.
