CAR is scratched . I ate at jack in the box and went to go get casha round the corner. Came back and my car was gone. Went to get my car and the men were rude to me. I Get this is their job but treating a women like that is tasteless. My car is scratched up and has a flat tire now. Will be reporting and taking further action. Found out they do business with all the stores on mill in Tempe . Shame on these people.

Watch out for these Rip off Artist they are lurking in the shadows waiting to see people park in areas besides being called like normal tow truck company when a car is in a bad spot. ***ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS IS ARIZONA A TOW COMPANY THAT TOWS A VEHICLE FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY CANNOT I REPEAT CANNOT HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR PAYMENT! THAT IS CALLED GRAND THEFT AUTO IN ARIZONA AND YOU CAN CALL THE COPS IF THEY REFUSE TO RELEASE THE VEHICLE FOR PAYMENT! WHEN YOU GO GET THE VEHICLE TELL THEM TO BILL YOU AND THEY HAVE TO DO IT NO MATTER WHAT ARIZONA LAW!!!!!******

Scam artists. Unprofessional, disrespectful and unethical. My wife's car was towed from the Mill & University area for parking in the Jack in the Box lot. Long story. She was treated horribly by this bum (Zip Towing) just because she is a woman and apparently all of the businesses in this area [that use him] approve of his behavior. Real smart.The city of Tempe has lots of complaints about this type of scam. Refused to accept credit card (even though the new rules state that they cannot do this) Made her get cash out of a conveniently located ATM. Time for an organized protest. Think twice about using them. How businesses like this can stay in business amazes me. How some men can get away with treating women like this is dumbfounding.

Well, they have towed me and my boyfriend twice. This is our fault, not there's, and I wish people would understand that. They are not out to get you, they are simply doing their job. I have to admit that it sucks getting your car towed, but I genuinely appreciate these guys. They are responsive, even after hours. Thank you for being so kind guys! Anneliese DeCook
