I had Nathan of AZ Rodent Solutions come out to see if he'd be able to pinpoint the odor of a dead, rotting rodent in a second home in Sedona that I came home to last night. He did a thorough investigation around the house, going into the above and below crawl spaces. Turns out there isn't a dead rodent but another possible issue that he suggested I call a plumber about. 
He did this entire inspection and refused to take a dime. He was honest, thorough and 100% trustworthy. He will definitely be the guy I call for any future needs and I highly recommend that you do the same. 
Also, if you call and it goes to voicemail, leave a message as he promptly got back to me.

Nathan was thorough and very professional. He took care of my pack rat gang, sealed the house, built out new crawl space door and put in Javelina-Proof vents around my house. Excellent service!!!

Very good , fast and efficient.  They sealed the home and there are not more rats. 
Its been 2 years and just now we have a mouse that has gotten in the ceiling. I just called them to com out again. I know that the warranty is only good for  2 years. But this is a different issue. 
I am hoing they get the little guys as my tenant is a pest right now.

Fast, honest, and the job was done right. A few other companies came out, tried to solve the problem, 1 year later, still had rats. After Arizona Rodent Solutions came out and sealed our house, we have had no issues since. Highly recommend these guys

Heard about this company from a good friend of mine. They are professional all the way around. They will explain everything if you don't know what problems you have in your home. I had a large mouse problem in my house and I could never get rid of them until these guys helped me. They also warranted all the work at my home for two years! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Great job!
