I had a really great fireplace shopping experience at this store.  The owner and staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with providing a heating solution for my home.  I am very satisfied and highly recommend all of their services.  Interesting store!

I had choice to purchase a pellet stove from Red Rock Fireplace & BBQ or the internet.  I chose a local business to support my community. What a mistake that was!  The owner was willing to match the internet price not including sales tax and deliver the unit to our home.  He also said that he would be available for future serivce if the unit needed it - a good selling point.  He was cranky and rude when he delivered and when the unit didn't work right (the wiring on the motor was wrong) he said that it was our problem since he didn't install it.  I am now returning the remote control because we decided we didn't need it and he is charging a restocking fee of 20% - what a crock!  If you want service and nice people - don't shop here!
