Oh my goodness, what poor customer service.  They need a lesson in communication skills and tactfulness.  Stay clear of this credit union.

Opened online checking and savings accounts  over 3.5 months ago and had 2 debit cards mailed to me (so they said, I believe they only mailed the one I received) and never have received a single PIN number!  So my account to me, is useless!  Can you believe it,  I just requested a PIN number for the 3 rd time!  I'm going to choose another credit union!  I do not trust these people with any of my money. I don't recommend banking with people who can't even get you a debit card and PIN number!

Terrible customer service, on hold at least 20 min every time I call.  It does not matter what day or time.

I've had more problems with them in a year than my normal bank in a decade. Loan payments disappear, then I have to sit on the phone and argue with them for hours on end to receive credit for my payment. When they updated their website, they "corrected my misspelled name", which was actually spelled correctly, thus locking me out of the website for a few weeks until they were able to fix it. They look at you spitefully when you walk in the branch, as if they don't want you to be there. I would avoid them if at all possible. Sure, they offer the lowest rates on auto loans, but they're able to do that by not providing worthwhile customer service.

This company has terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible experience, a representative named Michelle from their contact center argued with me and informed me that "I will not be able to assist you, and no one else that is here will be able to assist you," before she let me locate my member number... which by the way they have no other way of looking you up than that member number. They are all just awful with the worst manners.
