This particular branch is terrible and stuck in the 80s. I went to the only, "working" ATM and deposited a check for $300 and before the machine could ask if I wanted a receipt it sucked my card back up and proceeded to destroy it, according to customer service for, "my safety." So I immediately call the bank and report the problem. The customer service agent and her manager both said, "Sorry but you have to wait for the branch to open in the morning to get any money." I don't think I've ever dealt with a more incompetent group of people in my life. These are the morons responsible for keeping my money safe and they can't even keep their ATM functioning properly??? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!

I needed some financial documents, cleared checks, etc. from billpay that went back 8 years for legal purposes.  I needed them NOW!  You can't get this kind of thing without calling customer service and having them compile a custom report and mail it to you.  It can take 10 business days.  Well, I didn't have that much time.

Marely, a Relationship Manger, listened to my situation and understood the brevity of it and how much it meant to me personally.  She took care of me!  Got me the reports in 1 day.

She truly went above and beyond the call of duty here.  She cut through the corporate bureaucracy and took care of her customer.  I'll never forget her kindness in doing this.  She could have just told me to wait 10 business days and there is nothing else she could do.

And thanks to everyone else on the team that compiled my reports so quickly!

In DIRE need of renovations. There is ONE drive-thru ATM here and the building is built in such a way that if there are more than three vehicles waiting in line for the machine, all other vehicles stick out in the street and block traffic. This is, without a doubt, the absolute slowest BoA location in the history of the probably twenty locations I've been to combining Georgia and Arkansas. If you're coming here, plan to spend at least ten to fifteen minutes waiting for the ATM. Plan ahead or do what I do: Avoid this location entirely.

I was having problems with Arvest Bank ! Those guys would not work with me ,kept trying to close my account . I went into the Bank of America branch off of Walnut .They were very kind and considerate towards my problem , handled the situation very profesionaly in setting my business account up . They even offered to gave me wonderful opertunities to help me grow my business.

I have been hoping for over a year that you might move to a larger different more convenient location.  When you changed all of your outdoor lights I realized you have no intention of improving customer service.
