Wonderful local family owned joint.  Real New Mexican food from generations of family recipes.  The establishment is quick-serve so you order, grab a table then wait for them to call your name.  Full bar with local craft beer and handmade margaritas.  Family friendly, great prices but only open 4pm - 9pm Thursday - Saturday.  Get it while you can!!

Arlene's Beans and Salsa had a very welcoming environment.  Very friendly and made me feel right at home! The food is AMAZING!  Very big portions so I was able to take the rest home for dinner too! I can't say enough good things about the restaurant! If you are in Monument I recommend you come and eat here! You will leave fully satisfied! 😀

Arlene's hosted a private party for our group of graduating high school seniors ( ~55 people). They put together an enchilada casserole buffet with chips and salsa. The experience was awesome! Food was ,hot, ready on time, pentiful and the the staff friendly and enthusiastic! I would absolutely recommend using them again!  Ring that bell!!

Best tacos I have had in a long time. Only open Thur, Fri, and Sat. Always crowded. You order at the bar, take a seat, and wait for your beeper to signal you. The folks running the place are very courteous and attentive, and the food is GREAT! We come from Texas where Tex-Mex is King, and this diners food ranks right up there with them.

Locally Owned by a wonderful family.  Food is delicious and comes out fast.  Recently took a real estate client of mine out for lunch while we were looking for homes, they loved it as well.  Thank you for the great food and see you again soon!
