The best Vi I've been to and it's all because of the great people that work here. Of course the food is good, but what makes this location great, is the people taking care of you. Honestly, they make me want to be better and more personable at my own job. 5 stars.

Just moved to the Denver area 3 months ago. I’m a Chef downtown so I know what to look for and what to expect when I walk into an establishment. This was my first time ever entering a Village Inn restaurant so I was skeptical as I am with any establishment first off. From the moment I was seated my sever went above and beyond to ensure that we (my ex wife and her child) received the best possible service! She was amazing! I wish there were more people like this in the industry. Her name was Marissa, she worked at the Monument Co location, and she alone earned this 5 star rating!

Lady up front was super nice! So was the other lady. Got my food fast. And it was good. Very good customer service.

We had a lovely time at the Village Inn in Colorado Springs. Our main concern was for a member of our party who was under doctors orders to eat gluten-free. Turns out they have a separate menu for that (you have to ask for it). Our waitress was also very thorough and honest when checking on other items on the regular menu.

Decent place to eat. The food is consistently mediocre to good. But don't come here if you want great service.
