Mostly as you would expect a McDonalds to be. However the staff is on point. Very friendly and very quick service in spite of my special orders on three items. Because of my work hours, I eat here often and never have a problem.

I'd give less stars if I could. Both the McDonalds in Monument CO have decided that it's a good thing to make people pull up and wait in a spot for their food from the drive through. I waited 10 minutes for a 10 piece and a quarter pounder. I was told that they are making everyone pull up to help their "times" well I won't be going to any McDonalds any more since they have obviously forgotten what customer service is. I can go to burger king or taco bell and get my food immediately at the window without pulling up. Shame on you mcdonalds

Service was quick but the floor behind the counter was nasty. When I walked in the cashier didn't notice me for about 5 minutes because he was talking to some of his friends. Three stars because I did get my food quickly after waiting on the cashier, and the rest of the store was clean.

I had the worst experience here. I came in around 11 pm on April 1st. The staff here were the most unprofessional group I’ve ever seen. Through my time here they were on there phones behind the counters, not paying attention to screen orders and eating in front of customers. The staff was rude and barely functional. Definitely would not recommend this place.

It is McDonalds. New order process blows, the wait for "fresh food" is horrible. If the food was fresh, would not mind the wait.
