Aggressive and deceptive sales tactics. Drove over two hours after being told they had many vehicles the make and models we were looking for. When we arrived they did not have even one and tried to sell us other vehicles. They refused to give us any prices until we filled out a credit application with our social security number to "run through their bank in California." Why would someone fill out a credit application without even being shown a car first or knowing the price? All dealers at least have a cash price. I also observed that they try to entice individuals that do not have legal status in the US by offering them financing with foreign passport, foreign drivers license or a tax ID which is sad because they are taking advantage of these people. What price do they give them without "running their social through the bank in California?" While my husband was in the office one man was complaining because they gave him a different car than what he had signed for and another complaining that they lied about the mileage on the vehicle he had purchased...by almost 80,000 miles. As my husband tried to leave he was stopped by 2 other salesmen trying to get him in anything they could. Would give zero stars if possible. Very uncomfortable situation.

I've purchased two cars now from Arlington Motors Inc and both have been solid no issues and exactly what I needed. Noel in particular was honest, listened to my needs, and did not try to just sell a car, he wanted to make sure I got what I needed. My experience was positive and I have already recommended others. Dont be distracted by what may appear to be a small lot, they appear to work hard to have good cars and a range were willing to search for the right one if it wasnt on the lot. I intend to purchase all my future cars from here given my experience thus far.

Great people committed to customers...Overall I can honestly say I've never come across a dealership that cares about their customers, and making sure they're happy more than the people over at Arlington Motors. Marbin was really committed to making sure the deal was done. He explained everything clearly and I really felt that he genuinely cared about me as a customer and didn't take advantage of me. When Marbin wasn't available, Noel stepped in. When I ran into a problem with processing my tags Noel listened to me panic and calmly said "don't worry come get another set of temporary tags" (as a parent of two small children getting to the DMV and inspections is difficult) It may sound like something small but it really was refreshing to see someone actually want to help me in a bind. I've been to many dealerships but I can truly say AM really is committed to making sure I'm happy. Marbin, thank you...Noel thank you. To anyone out there if you're looking for a car AM is the place to go.

I'm so happy with this dealership! I had a great experience with my purchase and I couldn't be happier with the car they helped me get. Thank you for working with me and for helping me get into my new car. I'll definitely be visiting this dealership down the road when I'm in the market again. I highly recommend them to anyone, ask for Ernesto and he'll really help you out.

So all the salespeople were super nice and accommodating. A ton of cars for such a small place, too. I was put in a bind because my car broke down. I'm younger and don't have a credit history, so they did their best for me. However, nothing was in my price range, which is fine. I would have been okay just leaving. I know most car salesmen are going to be like this, but I felt so strong-armed into buying a car out of my price range. I also felt like it was a bit of a good cop/bad cop situation. When I stated that I wanted my drivers license so I could leave, another salesperson came back out with it and ushered me back into the office to try to sell to me again. It felt like they were holding my license hostage. Very nice salespeople, but very pushy.
