This review is sort of late but I think this dealer certainly deserve this five star rating. We purchased a used 2014 car for a reasonable price from this place about a month ago. While the price was a little higher than what other small dealers were selling for but the extra cash was certainly worth it and here is why:

While other small dealers may provide lower price than big chain dealers such as Bill page but they can not match the excellent customer service and support bill page provides. After buying our car within one day we realized there were small hair line scratches on the windshield. We knew that no warranty would cover that since it's an actual physical damage we should have done better job inspecting the vehicle before buying it. But we took a leap of faith and still went to the dealer, luckily i found the same sales person who sold us the car. He was able to talk to the manager and get them to take a look at the situation. Manager was very kind and offered to replace the whole windshield without any additional cost. That was way more then what i initially expected. I was really glad that we purchased the vehicle from bill page rather then any other small dealers since once the car leaves the dealership everything becomes owner's responsibility even if the car breaks down on the way to home. 

I would definitely suggest for anyone to check them out even if you are unsure just give them a visit. While the place maybe messy right now due to constructions but it will certainly exceeds your expectations.

Our Sales Agent at Bill Page Toyota was Peter Campbell.  Peter showed us the vehicles that we wanted to see, answered our questions and made the whole buying experience fun.  There was no sales pitch or pressure.  We got a great certified use car at a good price. Mr. Campbell was a blessing to work with and with the special gift he had for our daughter.    The staff was very friendly and helpful when I went back the next day to pick up the vehicle.  The manager did not want us to leave until we were satisfied and happy.  I would truly recommend my friends and family to buy at Bill Page Toyota.

I had visited the dealership a while ago and I would say that I had the most pleasant experience! Sang had been very helpful in showing us the cars and explaining everything in detail as he possibly can. 
Even though we had stayed past the closing time he waited until he was sured that we were taken care of. 
Also, the best kind of customer service is when the employees remember their customer and he did even weeks after.

I went here for my regular oil change. I told the service person to check my brakes as well. I went back to work and after around 2 hours he called me saying that the brakes needed to be changed and it was bad and so on and so forth. He said it would cost $750.00 for the work. I was travelling the same weekend so I had no time to check other places but to agree to the work. He sounded like it was very bad and if I didn't do what he asked me to,  I would probably get into an accident or something. I got scared as I was going to travel with my kids. I think he ripped me off this day. Don't ever ask the service person to check something, they will make it into a selling point and scare the hell out of you and take your money. I have been going there for a long time but I will not be going here anymore. They lost a longtime customer because of this incident.

My salesman Peter Campbell went above and beyond to ensure i got the vehicle i wanted at a price i could afford. Thanks to Peter and the whole team for a great car buying experience!
