To each their own, but I found this place to carry good quality plants and are in better shape than the nursery at the big box stores e.g. Home Depot and Lowe's. I always make a stop when I'm in Novato. While they don't greet you when you first walk in which is fine with me, they are very friendly when you ask for help or check out.

Customer service left much to be desired- - I wasn't even greeted, much less offered assistance.  Eventually I left empty-handed, and I was really interested in choosing plants appropriate for fall planting! That said, their selection is good for a small center. Your standard options, but healthy. I'll give them another chance...
