We were not at all happy with the storage of our furnishings. We had a lot of damage and a lot of excuses. We paid for 'insurance' for our furnishings but when we made a claim, we were told that we really didn't have insurance. Lot's of double talk.

I would totally recommend Armstrong Relocation, they were friendly, went above and beyond to help us out. They were prompt getting back to us whenever I had any questions. The only thing I actual had a problem with and it was not really a problem is that they had our furniture delivered before I was expecting it. So yes definitely look to Armstrong Relocation for any and all your moving needs.

Armstrong relocation is affiliated with United Van Lines. When I called United, Mary Ellen came out and gave me a appraisal above the rest of the moving companies I called. but because of relatives and friends I went with United Van Lines. Armstrong was the company they did business with in my area of Florida. the usual packing one day and pick up would not be possible for me due to commitments made previous to selling my home. So Marcia at Armstrong worked with me to coordinate the packing of my things into boxes and moving them to an area of the house where they would be out of the way a week before pickup. Marcia was always ready to answer my questions about the move. And the men who packed me up did a great job. And United Van Lines even though I paid more initially because the weight was less was very prompt with sending me the check for difference in weight. This was my first big move and they helped me all along the way. When I read such negative reviews of all the moving companions I ended up picking a good one.

Every aspect of our move, from the original quote to the move itself, went smoothly. The staff that planned our move were very well-organized and anticipated all of our needs. The guys who moved us were very pleasant and efficient. We didn't have a single problem.

After looking at all my options and different moving services I am so glad I selected these guys. From the start of the process to after they have been in contact with me making sure everything ran smooth. The team was on-time/prepared/friendly and fast! I would recommend them again and again!
