Do not use this company.  They broke, chipped or cracked every single piece of furniture I own.  The three guys that moved me were beyond rude.  They made scary misogynistic slanders toward me during the move.  They threatened me.  They called me horrible names.  They laughed at me and made fun of me.  I am not sure what sport they derived from this behavior but when I contacted the company, they did not follow up with reprimanding these three guys. I had to call the police to the moving site in order to get them to stop harassing me.  On top of this, they over charged me on move day once they had all of my furniture on the truck.  They held it hostage until I agreed to pay them extra.  They are CROOKS!

My experience with these movers was pretty good.  I made a long distance move from FL to NM and the driver was very nice and professional.  Communication could have been better on initial pick up of the items, such as telling me they were not going to be there in the specified time frame so that I could have made other arrangements for family members that were there waiting for them.  All in all, the price was very fair and I believe you should give them a chance.

I used Rhino Moving for my move from FL to MO. I'm extremely happy with their services. I had 20 boxes and one dresser, everything was delivered on time. Nothing was damaged or lost and the price was great! The movers were professional, very polite and fast working. I stressed about delivery window and I was promised that my stuff will be delivered within May 2 and May 10 like I wanted, and the promise was kept, boxes and drawer arrived on May 2nd, I was super happy. I will definitely use Rhino again if I have to move in a future, great company, competitive prices.

DO NOT MOVE WITH RHINO THEY WILL LOSE YOUR THINGS!  I was moving long distance and had a minimum move (only 42 boxes).  I couldn't believe when 2 of my boxes were lost.  The drivers didn't seem to care or take it seriously when the counts didn't add up and two of the numbered labeled boxes didn't turn up at the destination.  It seems like losing boxes and items happens often and it's business as usual.  The default insurance is weight based and you get pennies for every pound; despite what the account representatives and the receiving movers say you will lose items and boxes and they will claim these items weren't part of your move.  After spending many hours documenting the items I lost, emailing and calling both the insurance company and Rhino, and having the claim documentation rejected and having to complete tedious revisions obviously meant to delay resolution, it took 5 months to receive a decision on my claim.  In the end, parts of my claim were denied and I received a negligible amount covering almost none of the insured value of my loss.  I would not under any circumstance recommend moving with Rhino.  I lost items that are priceless memories and heirlooms; to have my loss minimized and my claim partially denied is an insult.  Do your research and get referrals and recommendations from people you trust instead of making the mistake of working with or trusting Rhino.  If you decide against all odds and negative reviews to work with Rhino, PLEASE take out FULL insurance on your move and carefully itemize and document everything; don't trust anything that has any meaning or significance to you into the careless hands at Rhino, you will regret it.

Me n my husband moved from Florida to Rhode island. My experience with this movers were not good at all. They are unskilled movers.. they lost our expensive tv cabinet. While taking our things from our apartment they forgot to put sticker on some of the furniture, thats why while delivering the product the movers denied to give us our furniture initially as there was no sticker. We had to go up on the truck to find our stuff.. it was horrible experience. They dont even give us a proper invoice and we ended up receiving a hand written paper as a bill. They dont even pickup calls after they take your stuff...
