From visit one the experience was one of not caring, the  receptionist was very unwelcoming/cold, almost rude and not just one visit- every visit.  Even when calling to make appointments there was never a sense of care or appreciation, I was received with a shortness as thought I was lucky to be going there. 
Why did I continue to return several times you ask? My son and I loved our hygienist, she was kind, caring and thoughtful (she actually was the only one in the building whom made you feel they were thankful for the business).... I have a choice on who will "rob my insurance company" for services rendered and I choose to give that business to a practice that provides top level care and concern for their clients

I really like this place!  Everyone is friendly and very efficient.  I feel confident that I'm in good hands.

In the beginning I loved this dentist office because they were flexible and helped me with get rid of so much pain but as time went on I started to recognize issues that could not be forgiven. First, this office only has daytime hours meaning I had to miss work in order to see the doctor; this is fine but was unaware of this at first. Another issue I had was the amount of time spent with the doctor; he has always been very nice but this "speed dentistry" is not my cup of tea. When it takes over four hours for a root canal because the dentist keeps leaving to help others...I believe that an issue now becomes a problem for patients. The lastest issue I have experienced with the Arnold Dental Center is trying to get copies of my x-rays; apparently my account is in collections ( I was unaware of this until it was sent to collections). The office will not send me my x-rays until my debt is paid off even though these were taken during my first few visits that have been paid for. Like I said, this place is not terrible but be aware of their techniques with leaving you in the chair to help others for hours on end and being bullied into paying a bill you were unaware of. I definitely do not hate this place because the dentist are good...it's just a matter of getting them to stay in the room with you and dealing with flighty office personnel.
