Wow! I am super impressed with the quality of my new dentures and the artistry/attention to detail in the way they are made. No one can tell I wear dentures, and I am constantly getting compliments on my smile. While my experience with the front desk has not always been positive I still am giving this business 5 stars because the personnel working in back more than make up for one employee who comes off a little rude. Donna (the dental assistant who helped me) is amazing!!! She is very professional and easy to talk to. You can tell she really cares about a job well done and about the comfort and satisfaction of her patients. Donna is a shining star in this office and a true pro in her field. It was her attitude and work ethic that convinced me this business deserves 5 stars. A nod to the Manager, John, is also in order for politely handling my concerns regarding the front desk. Bottom line: I would recommend Dentures and Dental Services of Arnold to anyone seeking affordable and well made dentures, implants or partials. I’m one happy customer!!!

My entire interaction with DDS was excellent! The lady,( I think Donna was her name-sorry), was wonderful! She was professional, caring, understanding and all around very pleasant. She explained everything to me as well as informed me I'd need to come back for an adjustment, which I do. Everyone in the office was really nice and professional. Thanks everyone! Carla

Best experience I have ever had!!!! What's crazy is after talking to friends they have gone there too and thought they are amazing!!! Donna was amazing and super helpful... I was very needy and picky and she still helped and stuck through it like a trooper

I went there and had all my teeth pulled and dentures made and wvething was going good and at my last fitting i asked anout the implants that they were advertising and the girl was telli g ne about them and i askwd hwr how many would i have to have for ny bottom dentures and ahe said at least 2 and i said how much and ahe said 2400.00 and i said oh my nevermind i cant afford that and as i said that the office manager tony came walking by and said to me do u have insurance and i said yes delta dental he said hold on ill be right back to swe if rhey cover that he xame back and said yes they cover it and i said how much and he says 1200.00 and i said for both and he says yes and i said do u rake payments and he said lets see uf u qualify for xare credit. I did so with i agreed to have them done. To make a long story short adtwr i got eberthing done thwy hir me with a nother bill of 995.00 so when i questioned it and asked to speak tony i was informwd he no lo ger worked for the company bc he had done what he did to me with several other people which basically saying hw was honest with us on thw pricing and now they are trying g to make me pay anorhwr 995.00 on top of the 1500.00 that i already pd and thay was 300 more than what he told me so the new offixe manager wouldnt return my calls now im getring letters from a lawyer for this mistake that tony made . Yes so beware of this company for they are not honest with their customers on the price or rhwy dont have good management there that know the program's.

I had a procedure done at this location and they told me one price however when the procedure was done they charge me an extra $600. I suggest if you are using this dentist to get a print out before your procedure starts telling you exactly what the costs are so they don't scam you like they scammed me. I'm not even satisfied with the work done I can no longer floss in the area and my tooth started hurting a few months after the procedure was done. I don't suggest this doctor, although most of the staff was very friendly (Except for the manager and reception)
