Words can never express how much I appreciate your love, care, kindness, patience, cooperation, understanding and all that you guys did that money can't buy. Your attendants were vey classy, handsome & beautiful. To all of your staff members, I love you. The service was overwhelming with love & kindness. Your people allow my people to truly mourn the homegoing of my husband, James. People could not stop talking about your staff and the excellent way you served us , the family. Fantastic job!

Our father's service was held in the last week. Our experience with Arnold Family Funeral Services was nothing short of professional and courteous throughout the process. Lance is a fine young man, who as VP, wears many hats. His parents articulate the services provided. Two ladies attended the services, dressed beautifully and attended to every need during the service as they anticipated every tear. Did the planning go completely smoothly? No. Does anything? However, Lance remained a professional, worked through every challenge and delivered a classy ceremony where many of our relatives commented on the beauty of the intimate service. Lastly, prices. We consulted with a leading competitor whom our family has done business with and known for 50 years, but their packages didn't compare. Much more necessities, like stationery were built into the price in an "all-inclusive" way. Our father was a vet, they also coordinated a military gravesite ceremony which was touching and classic. We were honored to receive a blanket with our father's image airbrushed in the center. Very beautiful and an unexpected "cherry topping" touch. Worst week of my life, hope this was helpful for someone else during a delicate time. Godspeed.

The people at Arnold Family Funeral Services truly care! They made my family and I feel more like family than customers. Death is such a difficult thing to deal with, but the Arnold family really made things easy; no added pressure or stress, their main concern was making sure our needs were met and the process was as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend them!

Arnold Family Funeral Services provide exceptional services. The funeral director is very understanding of everyone's unique situation and goes above and beyond to ensure that each family is satisfied. All the staff are very professional, responsive and attentive to the family needs. This business is also very active in the community.

There is no thorough communication. The owner has no manners or no consideration for deceased loved ones. My family experienced not only my son but my grandmother who are now both deceased, being referred to as ashes or they're in the refrigerator. They made this experience horrific and I am permanently scarred. The lack of empathy, clarity, and sympathy will bring bad rep to this business!!!
