No bad experiences at this location. Customer service is pretty good for a DMV. Just make sure you have your stuff together and you'll be fine and shouldn't experience any problems.

After waiting for over an hour their computer froze. I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to come back and wait another day.

After a fairly long wait, the lady at the counter was apologetic and very kind! I recently had knee surgery and she could see I was uncomfortable. Thank you for the compassion and professional Manor you have me!

When there the people are very friendly. However their automated phone system is a mess. Instead of simply saying the office is closed on Vet day, they list every day they are closed during the year. Unfortunately it stopped at the4th of July.  When I tried to speak to an agent, it stated the mailbox is not set up. Somewhere very simply someone could sat the office is currently closed for Veterans da. I would not have driven 10 miles.
