I have a major problem with trying a title in Missouri from a vehicle purchased from out of state. There were a lot of problems coming from the loan company, but everytime I'm there. The DMV people are extremely helpful. They understand my struggles and try to help me the best way they can, help me make phone calls to the state department when needed. Shout out to Renee the manager who helped got a license for my new car today!

P.S. This DMV can have long wait times but that's because of the amount of people going there. Everyone works very efficiently.

When most other License Offices were closed early, this office was serving people until 6pm.  Also, the line went quickly and they took care of me quickly. The manager had an upset customer and kept her cool and did not kick him out.  Very professional.  I would have kicked him out because he was attacking her when it was the car dealers fault.

The employees here are so rude!!!! I came in signed in using the Qless system and it gave the option of text message to hold your space in line. I had over a 2 hour wait I walked up and down the strip to pass time receiving multiple texts about my wait! (As shown in photo) I get he texts saying your up I go inside for the clerk to say I called you like 10 minutes ago. I said well I have to the text to show with the timestamp that I was just called! She spoke to me as a child and said "Take a seat and wait" They continue calling other customers names and I asked am I going to be seen next. The license clerk then says well you can speak to the manager I don't have control over this office. The manager then asks me what's your name I said my name she then says well I placed back in line with receiving a text that said you now have a 20 minute wait after waiting over two hours I said this is unacceptable. If the text message system isn't accurate then why have it available for customers you should just tell them to sit and wait throughout the duration until service is rendered. I was so upset that I left the customer service was unacceptable and very unprofessional. Whatever company has taken over Maplewood license DMV you guys really need to enhance your customer service training and I feel Missouri state needs to come in and re evaluate this office

I walked in at noon on a Saturday to a packed full waiting room.... never good at the DMV. But I was pleasantly surprised-- the check in system was easy. The line moved VERY fast. They were efficient and friendly. I was out in less than 15 minutes. I've been here a few times now and it's ALWAYS a good experience. Staff gets 👍🏼👍🏼🙌🏼

One of the clerks is very rude with applicants. She embaraced my wife with comments not related at all to what she was there for and loudly so everybody can hear. Not professional at all, to put in a nice way. If there was a negative rating, i’d rate it -5 stars.
