I was pleasantly surprised, and gratefully amazed, at what a great find this was, and within walking distance.  My friend was visiting, and we were looking for a nice, moderately priced restaraunt with a distinct variety of options, and a nice atmosphere.  We found all of that with Aroma.  I ordered a French onion soup, and my friend had the hummus plate. There wasn't much talking during the meal, as I was admiring my beautiful puff pastry covered, onion soup, and she was obviously enjoying her meal. I took my time, and enjoyed the presentation and taste of the flaky crust and flavorful, caramelized onion in a savory broth. After the meal, we settled on coffee (we are addicted), and dessert, (we spoil ourselves, all the time).  We had to share the apple pie, because it was too much for one person.  A whole, mini-pie, with a buttery, lattice pastry crust, and filled with sweet/tart apple filling came on a plate with ice cream and two mounds of whip cream. It didn't hurt that the service was perfect, and pleasant to the eyes.  I  will be going back, even if it's just  to sneak a solo piece of that flaky, heavenly dessert under the stars of the latter summer nights.

Great food coffees and desserts. Service usually good too. Food very fresh here, but you pay for it. Not cheap. Plus they nail you for $4 parking. West Valley restaurants don't usually charge for parking. Otherwise 5 stars.

Ido my server was funny, nice and provided quick service!! He recommended the Lotus cheesecake! It was amazing, light and not too sweet. 
Another waitress came by and asked me if I had a bf.... she asked for the bartender... it made me feel uncomfortable, becasue when I told her I'm not intrested SHE KEPT ARGUING WITH ME!!!!!! I came for coffee and cake, not a dating show!!! I am so happy she wasn't my server.

Some of the best pastries and deserts in the valley. The chocolate mousse was amazing as was the apple pie.
