When I visited the location was dirty. I came to work while waiting for an appointment and that worked well. It has a fair number of people but not as crowded as some Starbucks. The staff was nice.

This is one of my favorite places to sit and get work done BECAUSE it's so rare to find a coffee shop with FREE parking with no real time constraints. 

(I believe the parking lot MAY have a 2 hour restriction, but you're in Encino now, so... it's a large enough parking lot to not actually be enforced.)

It can get a tad busy, so I try to get there early enough or start off with a less than favorable spot and then move around as people leave. 

Great place to work when you work from home!
