Customer service absolutely as it should be. Order from the UK and everyone was so helpful. I then had to change delivery time as the recipient wasn't going to be home and again these guys dealt with it all perfectly.

I ordered flowers for my Aunt who is 82 years old and she said it was the most beautiful bouquet she had ever received and she has been around for awhile.  Thank you Hilda!!!!!! 

Plus I had to call and change the order date and had them split the charges. Your business was so professional, a reasonable price and helpful.

Lady on the phone was VERY helpful, I told her I had never ordered flowers before and she walked me through it, they delivered the flowers on time, they were beautiful and did everything the way I asked, overall was a PERFECT experience.
