I sent my sister a flower bouquet for her birthday 2 weeks ago & she called me again to thank me for the flowers I had sent her.  That was the first time she called a 2nd time to thank me for her flowers & I have used other florist before.  I did not know what to send her & the kind man that answered the phone just asked me a few questions about my sister likes & dislikes & described something beautiful.  That easy!  I will used Flowers by Robert Tayor again next year & in the future for any flowers I need in the area.
