so i live out of state. moms birthday. decided look up local florist took to website. selected an arrangement that i thought was awesome. my mom babies her dogs. so i thought how nice an arrangement of dog wearing a birthday hat, sign, etc. had my brother pick up flowers and take a picture to show me how looked. the florist told my brother they didn't have the hat or bday sign, not to mention the bouquet was much smaller than what picture showed. i will not be ordering anything from here in the future and recommend anyone paying online to verify your orders.

I ordered expensive flowers for my mother on Mother's Day. She never received them. They didn't take any responsibility, and didn't even do anything about it. The manager will not get on the phone and you can hear him telling them to say that he is not here.
Also they advertise as 1800flowers but I contacted them to report this site as fraud and they told me that they are not even associated with them.  I made a mistake of looking at the reviews on Yelp after I had ordered. Warning! Do not use this website!

What a Ripoff! I got flowers from them as a gift through 1-800-flowers and they were AWFUL! A picture is worth a thousand words.
       Look at the pictures above. The one in the middle is what was ordered. The two pictures on each side are of the bouquet they sent.             
    It looks like someone just grabbed some flowers and shoved them in the vase. For this, my daughter-in-law paid $70!! What a ripoff.
