If I could give 0 stars I would. Their rep Eddie was terrible. Was told 2 different install dates, both came and went with no calls or updates. Had to track them down both times for answers. I eventually canceled their services because i was fed up with their service. No one follows up or follows through. AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are a lot of better options out there. Spend more for better service.

I asked for a quote for a gate in early June that I decided not to act on. More than two months later, I was home at lunch and their employees showed unannounced and started tearing down my fence. Thankfully I was home and was able to stop them. I called the their office and got an angry call back from the sales rep, Eddie, claiming that I told him on June 11 to do the job. Today is August 21 and I did no such thing. He then swore at me and I hung up on him. I have proposal from them on 6/11 that required a deposit if I wanted the job done. They are bad news. Avoid them. I suspect that they planned to put up the fence without approval when I was a work and fight about the charge later. Glad I was home

Arrow Fence did a great job on our fence install today! We love it! The white PVC looks great! Thanks Arrow for a job well done!

My Arrow fence is beautiful! I have had a great experience with the Staff, Raul got me scheduled earlier than I anticipated and Cynthia in the office was easy to work with regarding my payments, most of all the installer Alfonso was professional and kind and a very hard worker. He kept the job site clean and he was efficient. Arrow called and the City came out to mark the sewer lines. Arrow also called 811 (811 is the phone number you call before digging so they do not unintentionally hit underground utility lines).
