The owner of this company - Bob Haggard - is one of the worst people who ever lived. In September of 1988 we bought a house with a spa. Turns out the previous owners had an unpaid bill for repairs made to it in August of 1988. I understand and respect Haggard's desire to get paid, but this rotten troll harassed me and my wife, calling us every day and finally putting a lien on our house, telling us that he didn't care who was responsible, that he was going to get the money from us. The title insurance company finally got the previous owners to pay it and the lien was removed, but not before my wife almost had a miscarriage from the stress. I've still got the paperwork to prove this and I will never forgive the man who owns this business and will make sure everybody knows he operates through fear and intimidation instead of compassion.
