Excellent A/C Company. We had previously used another company since 1997, but they sold the company to another and the service went down hill. I found Specialty Air through Brian Wells. This company has been excellent. Sarah on the phones/email for scheduling has been first rate. The technicians who have come to the house to assess issues have been thorough and diligent. We recently had a mini split replaced. They had the new AC unit installed without incident and cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. Thank you.

Saw this guy in his work truck at 1 a.m. screening at a gas station buying beer talking really really to the lady in a car behind him screaming sexual obscenities. They project supervisor was lazy, nasty and rude. Because he failed to review the job as requested the job cost 1000's more. It became obvious to him he had under bud the job so he quit. He then proceeded to break the law by removing the work already done without any permission. Stir clear unless you want to work with someone with the mentality of a professional wrestler.

We live on Anna Maria Island and were referred to Specialty Air by our general contractor. The referral couldn't have been a better one. We recently sent out to bid for a new central air system, and Specialty Air gave us the best price. Normally we do not go with the lowest bid, but took a chance and hired Specialty Air. It was an excellent decision. The employee on the job, Jason, was professional in all aspects of the bidding and installation. He is a great asset to the Specialty Air organization. We strongly recommend Specialty Air to anyone considering replacing their central air system. Jen and Joe

AC stopped, called AC Today because they appeared to have the best rating and the tech came out and said it was going to cost $500.00 exactly and he had the part on his truck. I asked how often parts, labor, trip fee, and tax came to $500 even and he said it is their flat fee for replacing the part I needed and that it was such a good deal because the part alone was $418.00 Well, I went with me gut feeling and said let me get a 2nd opinion, and Specialty Air was out in 20 minutes, and Larry the technician checked it and said the same as the tech from AC Today except the total would be $225.00 Now that is very interesting that the same part being replaced is less than half, and I made sure it was a new part they came back with. So, I now trust specialty air, and that is a really nice thing when dealing with a repair business. They did a great job, were clean and prompt, and the girl that made the appt over the phone Sara was nice to me, I had to end the call and call back twice and she did not get frustrated or snappy with me :) Honest, good work guys!
