This is the first time I’ve ever made a review but I felt obligated to. This place is horrible!  coffee was cold food was unedible And service was horrible. When I sent back the bagel because it was extremely chewy and the tomatoes were rotten they looked at me like I was crazy.  Waste of money I would highly not suggest coming here

Best croissant in Miami,  this is a premium bakery shop...if you want cheap go to Publix. Great atmosphere!

Great tranquil location.  Needs work with the overall warmth and greeting of customers.  They seemed as if they had  more important things to do.  However the gentleman server was pleasant enough.

One thing of note, make sure that you ask for a fresh pot of coffee.  Ours was iced cold and perhaps decaffe since it was poured from the container labeled so.

This used to be a French place.  Well , not anymore. I called to find out if they had the French Teisseire  Syrup, the girl on the phone had no idea . What I really don't appreciate is that she didn't make any effort to help even after I spelled it, told me to call back in an hour, and she hanged up when I asked for her name. So I went there!3 Teisseire syrup were on ' display' visible to all ! I asked for the manager and shared my phone experience He could not care less! He refused to give me the name of the waitress who was so rude on the phone.
He said he was the new owner. Well, good luck Arturo or Alexandro , (not sure what you said your name was) been so rude to your customers and encouraging your staff to be rude as well ! We have other choices , and that's good news:)
