Story

Lique opened the doors of its highly anticipated waterfront location in December 2014. Featuring a mediterranian-inspired menu with an outdoor lounge and dining space, indoor dining room and adjacent cigar and hookah lounge paired with
stunning views of Miami’s Intracoastal skyline it's no wonder guests find themselves lounging for hours enjoying the best of the culinary and design world.

Inviting our guests to come by land or sea with free valet parking and docking. Open for dinner Monday through Friday and European-style brunch Saturdays and Sundays starting at noon.

Envisioned and created by restaurateurs, Alex Podonolyy and Peter Cumplido, Lique Miami signals the latest in waterfront dining and destinations. Whether you are visiting or a local, Lique Miami is bound to impress. Joined with a New-York style hospitality team, Lique Miami prides itself on what Miami lacks, heartfelt hospitality.

I recently had a bad experience here. We booked a table outside with a reservation. When we arrived we were told we had to share a communal table (we were a party of 4). When we expressed our displeasure with the table we were told to "take it or leave it." No attempt was made to accommodate us, we were also willing to wait for another table to open.

Truth is this place has mediocre food but their outdoor patio is great, it is the only reason to come. That is why the inside is ALWAYS empty, but the patio isn't. Regardless I feel we were treated poorly. We left and dined at another restaurant.

Not upholding reservations and being told to "take it or leave it" is not how I expect to be treated at a "high end" restaurant.

I like the waterfront and the excellent service. I didn't like the food. I ordered a salmon and chicken tandur in which the salmon was overly salted and sweet and the chicken had no flavor to it. I loved the presentation of the food just like the salmon where they delivered it on a charcoal grill. I ordered a small hook which cost me $50. I would not come here again. They are expensive and their food is not all that good.

You know, I had so many places in my mind for my Mom’s birthday... But I choose “Lique Waterfront restaurant” for it’s great atmosphere, attitude, service, food! 
They make you feel so special! They let you feel celebration of life!!! 
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the greatest Birthday of my mom today! 
All your management effort and each person particularly helping this happen including the owner is tripled in our great-fullness for this amazing family event! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻💗💗💗🙏🏻

The place we were seated was not the best. It was oitside all the way to the back and the fan over head was on too high. Overall it was great food.

This place is so desperately trying to be something it's not.  What it IS, is a badly run pub grub place by the water.  What it's NOT is a chic Miami "place to be seen" hot-spot.  Example:  Went this weekend.  Reservations booked well in advance.  Brought to the wrong table at first, this was corrected.  Next, the menu. At $$$ you'd think they'd have whats listed on the menu.  My first attempt at ordering:  Tandoori chicken, I  was told "we don't have that today".  Mind you, it was 630pm and they were already out of food?!  Next my second option:  Lobster Ravioli, I was told, "we don't have that".  So....folks, be prepared to go with plan C!!  Goodluck!
