I take the restorative yoga class on Monday nights and the teacher Jessica Chao is amazing, she has a special energy and is so encouraging. The mix of exercise and relaxation makes the class different, working on balance, core strength and stretching while getting opportunities to meditate and through out the course always encouraging mindfulness. I have taken other yoga classes and I find this one to be the best. She guides in a way that is perfect for beginners and also more advanced practitioners. The studio is really nice to and they have lots of mats, blocks, bands and other yoga supplies to borrow.

The beauty of Art of Motion is that they have something suited for everyone, whether you are a professional, an adult beginner, somewhere in between, or looking for a children's program. After having a baby I started taking Adult dance classes here. As a dance teacher, dancer, and choreographer this studio really helped to restart my professional career. The teachers are phenomenal and have impressive backgrounds in their area of expertise. My daughter, who is now 3, has also taken some classes here and absolutely loves it!

Though I can't speak to the dance classes, they also offer yoga classes which I attend regularly. The yoga classes are very good and reasonably priced.
