As a previous marathon runner, I  got pretty injured the last one I ran over 20 years ago.  When I decided I would like to give running another try, I decided that I needed some lessons on how to run the "right" way.  Chris you are absolutely amazing!!!  While I am still running single digit miles, I think you have taught me the correct way to run!!  I highly recommend Ridgewood Tri Athlete to everyone who wants to improve their running

Chris and Elizabeth pulled off the impossible and helped me cross the finish line at my first ironman.  It was not easy, but Elizabeth and Chris made for a perfect combination of tough love and pat you on the back you can do it.  I got regular follow ups to make sure I was on track and I got a good kick in the "butt" when I veered off course.  I would also like to add I got to meet a few of the members who all went out of there way to make sure I felt welcomed, and not discouraged even though I am the slowest in the group in all disciplines. Great Coaches with a great team!

I have been working with RTA for 2 years, 1 year as a club member and 1 year as a coached athlete.  The knowledge that I have gained, from both the coaches and the other club members, has been invaluable!  Everything is about this club is amazing!  I highly recommend this club to any triathletes looking to step up their game!

As a member of RTA as well as being coached by Elizabeth, I had an amazing experience as a triathlete. Everyone on the team is very welcoming and you feel like you are part of a big family. Elizabeth was a wonderful coach. She was able to take my crazy schedule and come up with a great training program for me. I was able to complete my first Ironman 70.3 and exceed my own expectations for my performance.

After signing up for my first Ironman Race I know I was going to have a tough task ahead of me, but RTA's coaching prepared me for every aspect of the race which made race day an unforgettable experience.  The support from the club members as well is amazing.  Not only for the Ironman race but every race I have done from sprints all the way up, they have made me a better athlete.
