Went to the store to purchase a sofa, and ended up buying a complete living room set! Our salesperson, Willow, was amazing.. so friendly and helpful.. she showed us all the options to take our choices to the next level, and answered all our questions, and gave us her honest opinion based on her design experience. I can’t recommend her enough! Thanks, Willow, for making our shopping experience an extremely pleasant one!! 5 stars!!

Art Van furniture was very generous to hold my couch for awhile till I had moved and they were prompt in keeping me informed about delivery dates. The delivery crew were right on time..courteous, friendly and very professional. They were clean and cleaned their mess when done. Great customer service. I wish Art Van furniture will reconsider closing down the clearance center.

In today’s environment of trading consumers up, it was nice to get exactly what we were looking for under budget. Casey was great! Friendly, and helped us get a new king size bed and frame that was perfect for us. I don’t post reviews often, but was very pleased with this experience. Thank you Casey!

We went to the Art Van in Grandville. The sales lady was kind of pushy. She told us that she works on commission. We went to the Art Van on Alpine. The sales man was very nice. Not pushy at all. He offered several options. I feel we received great service and a wonderful product.

We had a great experience. We were able to put our couch on layaway to make it easier for us to purchase, and we had it delivered and set up for us. Everyone we encountered was super helpful and nice.
