Clean place, pretty well stocked. Self printers do not support libre office. You can use a desktop there to create Microsoft documents, but you better be quick about it or print from the cloud as it's priced by minutes of use. If the printer jams and the place is busy, good luck. People seem friendly, though.

Brought my exchange student here to get some items shipped home. Was quoted almost 800 for some clothes in a large box. Tried to tell the guy it wasn't that heavy, he insisted it would be. Asked home for a quote for half the weight he was telling us and he said 20 bucks cheaper. Asked if he knew of any cheaper places and he said they have the best rates. Left and went to the local post office wich shipped the box for little over $100.....? Ripoff

Missed my FedEx package so called to pick it up at the local Alpine location. When I spoke with the FedEx rep they did not tell me it was going to take 24 hours before I could pick it up. When I called the FedEx location to see why my stuff hadn't shown up yet they then told me it took 24 hours and that if I wanted it sent to my original location then it was an additional fee. I definitely have not had this problem with UPS. UPS provides an option where I don't have to sign and they leave the package. Additionally, UPS has worked with me where I have met with the driver at a location nearby and they have given me my package. All with no additional fee.

I missed the chance to sign for a package on Friday while in the Emergency Room. Was counting on it for Friday! Called main line on Saturday morning requesting it be held at this location on Alpine. Waited all day to pick it up and called back to find out they won't even get it to this location until Monday. In the eight hours that they are open on Saturday, not able to get a package from one location in the city to another. And they will not let me pick it up at the location where it is. I'll stick with UPS from now on whenever possible.
