ALWAYS get bad service here. One guy working helping a customer. I come in and wait. Manager walks in and another customer right behind her. She helps him while I’m still waiting. He leaves she goes in back room. Guy working is still helping same customer. New customer walks in and says he needs new phone. Manager comes out and helps him before me while I still wait. She saw me and the other customer that was originally there when I got there. I leave and go to Verizon. Greeted right away and they take my name so I am next in line. Sprint should take notes from Verizon to improve service. You just lost a customer for life Will

I sold a device to a customer, and after being told by one of their representatives (Tom)that they could, Courtney denied my customer her service. She was just holding out until July, when she could upgrade. I then went back without my customer and asked him about the situation. He said they could activate it, but it's missing a couple of bands and doesn't work well inside. I then called my next local sprint store, and they told me it was already on the sprint network and wouldn't be a problem. Go to the sprint on 3 mile and alpine if you value good customer service.

Lets be honest Kevin Smiley about the situation. You work for Genius Phone repair and you sold the customer a phone that will not work corretly on our network and thats exactly what I told you when you came into the store to activate the device. I am sorry you feel like bad customer service is telling the customer exactly what to expect when they buy a product but I will not half-truth a sale for the sake of selling a device. And if thats you think good customer maybe Genius Phone Repair should do some retraining.

Totally disappointed with the cell service, customer service, and the Comstock Park Store Manager. We went in there to check on something for our phones and the manager was a complete ass hole. Worst cell service i have ever had. The referral cards that we were suppose to get never came. We called the Customer service support multiple times to get it figured out and it has been nothing but a joke.

Yesterday, I went to pay my bill and as I was waiting for the front line staff to finish assisting a customer that was there before me. My son was all over the place after waiting awhile and his boredom with the phones began. A gentleman came from the back and asked if he could assist me. I said sure and told him I was there to pay my bill... That is when "True Customer Satisfaction" began, I explained to him the issues I was having with my charger, he said that he would see what he could do... He then came from the back with a new cord, wall jack, and a set of headphones. He gave them to me for free! I was extremely thankful but that is not where it ended, he then stated that I am the store manager and questioned which one of the JBL speakers I liked... I said the gray one... he then said let me show you something... he offered it to me for free... I was like are you sure, of course... he then showed me how he is able to give away a credit and since he hasn't yet that I was the one. Ecstatic and confused, I was getting a JBL speaker for free (all I had to pay was the tax) he then said let me get this for you, walked me and my son out and held the door for us. All I can say is WOW!!!! JT (John M.) you made my day, that meant more for me than you may know... Pay it forward... Sprint Rocks!
