I had a great experience at art van my sales person Essam was very helpful in helping me choose my sectional that I'm in love with! Also I wanted the sectional to come in faster as it was out of stock the manager Eric was amazing help in making that happen for me. I would definitely recommend art van Dearborn great staff and great selection!

WARNING!!! Be careful when you go spend hours figuring out which mattress fits you the most and after you pick your mattress and pay for it and get a different mattress delivered with the same tags that you picked..what are you going to do other than calling an art van technician to check it out,, calling the corporate office who did nothing,,going back to your sales person who was Daniel and who agreed that the pictures of the mattress we have at home is completely different than the floor mattress that they have and did nothing..No one cared and no one did anything but we did everything,,contacting and begging to at least exchange it with the mattress that we really picked and willing to pay more money for the exchange.
Just be careful and check the mattress before the delivery guys leave because its unrefundable or exchangeable..don’t get screwed like us..remember that the salespersons do not care about you but their sales and commissions. Art Van doesn’t care either..

Great service. The manager John G was really helpful and patient. Can’t thank him enough for his help. And the salesman Essam was a delight to deal with.
