Came in and got treated like a king. Needed a bedroom set that wasn’t to expensive, Ali asked for my price range and he showed me some samples, and he hit the nail on the head!!! What a great place! Patience is a virtue, waiting for the product to come, Ali called me, confirmed the bedroom set was in, and they delivered it and assembled it! I love my new bedroom set, and most importantly my fiancé loves it more! Thanks royal furniture, can’t wait to come pick out some couches!

We come here every time!  They are friendly and courteous. The sectional I was looking at Gardener White was just as expensive as the one I bought, but 3 steps higher quality at Royal for same price. You do have to wait for delivery, but that’s why it’s lower...great store.💕

Great business to work with! I found furniture that I was looking for at a cheaper cost than anywhere else around. Delivery was when I expected it and the delivery guys were amazing. Nice sale representatives that go out of their way for everything! I really wanted something that was at a big box furniture store and they found me one I liked more, better quality and like half the price of Gardner White. Even if it's not on the floor, sales reps too the time to order it and give me great design ideas. Going back next month!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a set of furniture from their catalog. It arrived late and with the WRONG furniture. After I told them that they got my order wrong, they told me to wait another few weeks to get in the right shipment. The next shipment came late as well WITH THE SAME WRONG FURNITURE. Of course, I wanted a refund and told them to take the wrong furniture back.  When I talked to the manager in order to get a refund, he said no and SLAMMED the phone in my face. I still do not have the right furniture, they stole my money, and the owner was very rude and money-driven. I will most likely see them in court if I do not get my refund!

Salesman said I can return or exchange furniture if it doesnt get through my tight door space, gave me false measurements of furniture. It was a whole 8 inches bigger in depth and as a result it didnt get through, he won't let me exchange it or return it. This is going to turn to a dumb hassle of a court case.
