I have been working with Karen and I must admit that she is very patient with me and a kind professional. She is so fantastic in every way. She helped me pick a marvelous bed and dining set. Thanks Value City for employing such a wonderful lady.

I had a great experience at the Dearborn store. I had an issue with my merchandise that I originally purchased being on back order and it kept being pushed back and I requested to speak to a manager. I dealt with a manager by the name of Brandy, and she made my experience so much better, saved my business and got me re-selected into something even nicer! I felt she went above and beyond to address my concern to make sure I was completely satisfied. Now my family has a beautiful sectional and we couldn't be happier!

I love Karen! She’s an amazing and enthusiastic saleswoman! And baby does she dress super bomb! Great store and great customer service 😁

Karen and Dan were both so amazing! Dan greeted me immediately and took me back to furniture options to look at for my daughter and Karen took me around the whole store to help accommodate with helping be find the best family room furniture and the cutest bedroom set for my daughter! I will most definitely be back for all of my home furnishing needs!

This was the best customer service that I ever had. We were able to take our time and get the best quality.  Abraham(store manager) also gave us great customer service.
