I would give the inside staff 6 stars. We came in last minute on my birthday and we'll say although the store was rather empty it was nice that they tolerated my toddler. We will just say- he slept hard that night. We are pleased we the lack of pushiness and very well could be half of why we did buy a mattress here. I had to knock off two stars because delivery was a Moms nightmare. They wore no shoe coverings, laid nothing down and so trampled snow through my hardwood floors and my living room rug. I have two kids under two and the youngest just started rolling so now I can't set him down because it's winter and I can't steam clean my rug. While the floors are cleanable- it was already checked off my to do list and now I'm redoing them...

My salesperson, Andy, is a very nice, knowledgeable and patient young man. I went in a few wks ago for a new mattress/new bed. I actually went in today to put money down on my bedding choices. He helped me make good decisions on quality but affordable bedding. I would recommend Art Van IF Andy is your salesperson.

Everything you want in furniture can be found. Staff are eager to help or wait while you look. They answer questions or make suggestions to help you make a decision. The store is overly filled with furniture. Lots to explore. Staff hover and can make it hard to talk about your choices with your partner.

Terrible customer service and manager was incredibly rude! Was told that our furniture would arrive between 8-12 and now it's 2 to 5:45pm. We never set an afternoon delivery, we set a morning delivery at the store. Manager was nowhere near helpful. Didn't even offer compensation for wasted time off work. Manager said that the salesman scheduled our time but he was nowhere near after we picked our furniture and we left the store without even talking to him. We were at the back desk where we scheduled an appointment time with the clerk and we also did the contract and paid some money there. But he refuses to take our word for it and was arguing back with his beliefs. I will never be a customer at this store again. I don't know how they are still in buisness and I don't know how these people even have their jobs.
