Kenyon Swanson and Christopher McNeese did a wonderful job assisting me on Sunday April 29th. I was having major technical issues with my phone and had to get a new phone. They both took time to troubleshoot my phone and was not even concerned about them closing because they were do tentative to my needs. I was not even aware that the store closed until a person came to the door and was not able to open it. I felt really bad about taking up their time but they reassured me that everything was fine. That attitude was definitely 100% customer service which we need more people

The best customer service I have ever experienced, young adults here are very knowledgeable and caring in every area to my needs. I have never been in a customer service place here everyone is very attentive to your needs. Ahmenah exceeds all plus more then any expectations then I thought I would ever have, very thoughtful and very caring,  I will suggest anyone to come here anytime!

I went into the store to ask for assistance because I was having trouble with my phone. After arriving I was welcomed by 4 great associates. Troy, Chris, Allen and Ken were GREAT. After Troy helped me with my phone issue he was also able to upgrade my 4 year old phone and also lower my overall bill. He ensured that all of my apps were downloaded and that my phone worked perfectly before leaving. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER AT&T STORE BESIDES THIS ONE AGAIN. If all retail associates were like this the world would be a better place. Knowledgeable, respectful, welcoming, personable and inviting. They also knew they’re job VERY WELL. THANKS GUYS FOR THE AWSOME SERVICE!!!! See you again soon.
