Friendly, helpful staff. They have a really good selection of furniture including a lot of modern designs and some Scandinavian. They have some really interesting wall art too amongst other items. Prices are in the medium to high range. Picked up a unique, slim leather recliner and cube style leather ottoman today. Great Labor Day discounts.

We really loved this store when we lived in Charlottesville and bought several pieces. The owners were always a delight and really professional and took pride in their store. The furniture was nicely curated and we enjoyed perusing their unique offerings. Some of the furniture is high quality and will last a long time (recliners, ottomans, wood furniture). But beware of anything that is "bonded leather," which they had a lot of on display, especially their club chairs and bar stools. These often look appealing and high quality on the floor but they will not last one year. Even with minimal use, they will begin showing cracks and the material will peel. We bought 5 such chairs (not all of the same kind) and they have ALL become unusable and completely unattractive and cheap looking. The worst part about it is that while the chairs were relatively fairly priced, they were not so cheap that this kind of degradation should be warranted. When I called the store to ask about this and to note the problem (and I sent along pictures), I was told that yes, they knew about this problem with the bonded leather and to email them, which I did (along with attached pictures). I received no response at all. I did not expect a refund but they could have offered to help me find the original manufacturer so that at least I could have ordered new cushions, without which the chairs are destined for a corner of our basement. This is not the kind of customer service, professionalism, and quality I would expect from a small, family-run boutique. Be careful about what you purchase and do not be surprised if the quality is not what the store image would lead one to believe.

If you are the type of person who hates wandering aimlessly at a colossal furniture warehouse trying to get a good bargain, then this is exactly the place for you. This place is cute, classy and inviting. Yes, the pieces are expensive but a lot of them are made in the States or Canada and are of good quality. But what really shines is the service - I've had a a couple of hardware malfunctions and Chip has been always kind enough to order parts and get his crew to fix things.

Great Store! Unique furniture with great stuff and the owners are fantastic. Caroline is a very talented designer and everyone is helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend.
