I purchased a lid for my Red Sea Reefer 425 XL in December of 2016. I received the lid and it did not fit inside the tank, so I sent it back to them. Tbey lost the lid and didnt even call me or notify me. They found it in May 2017 and them I never heard from them again. No emails, no calls, no call backs from messages I left, and no refunds. It is November of 2017 and I still cant get a hold of them.

I have only been a customer of the coral side, but I have seen Adam's work building tanks and know he is incredible! They always have a great selection of corals. They have quality products and affordable prices. There is always a $10-$40 frag section for those of us who can't spend hundreds on one coral. The service is awesome! Chris is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Always willing to help.

Just to follow up on my review of a couple months ago. I have been back a half dozen times now, and have spread the word to a couple friends out in the Shenandoah Valley about Incredible Corals. I don't think I have ever walked out of there with less than 4 new frags or full colonies for my tanks. And the low prices on frags has me trying new corals that previously I would not have tried. Gotta give Chris some props as well. The guy's enthusiasm is contagious . Nice to see someone who looks like he truly loves his job.

WOW!!!!!! I just came in here looking for something cool for my brother-in-laws fresh water aquarium, not realizing it was an amazing (salt water) specialty store featuring SO MANY types of corals and exotic fish/invertebrates. I literally spent an hour in the store learning about all (well ok, most! Though I'm sure he would have taken me through every one had I asked!) of the different types of animals, Chris was so knowledgeable and friendly, he seemed happy to answer my myriad of questions, moving from tank to tank with me and identifying animals I asked about and their close relatives, enlightening me on odd eating habits or aggression. I even got to watch a ray that had recently been introduced to the tank explore it's new home, displaying more intelligence than I would have previously given it credit for. These animals are all truly fascinating and beautiful in their own individual ways. I got to watch many of them eat, which was mind blowingly cool; the corals are so entertaining when stationary, so as you can imagine they are even more so in action! Some of the polyps close up, looking like large exotic blueberries, others slowly draw food into their strange little hungry mouths. I came in here with almost no information about corals, and I left knowing in my heart that I absolutely need to set up a tank of these wonderful creatures to take care of. I will be researching this idea to death and coming back for some of their amazingly reasonably priced little "frags". Cheers to new obsessions!
