Expect to be there for longer than 90 minutes. Seems way too busy and doctor kept asking the same questions the first 3 appointment's even after he kept "writing " things down about my history. Also,one of the girls in the front is very rude. No courtesy or friendliness at all. Walked in there on my first appointment and didn't even get a good morning or how are you doing? She looked like she didn't want to be there. & She obviously got upset because I told her no she couldn't take my picture 😂😂😂😂 apparently "you have to" 😂😂 if a patient says NO the answer is NO! SMH

Careful if you owe even a $1 Pam, Holly or Barbara will cancel your appointment and harass your family members and hang up on you if you lose your cool with them for not giving them what they want. BTW the doctor is perfectly fine with their business procedures. You will not be a patient but an ATM for them. Start looking to find a doctor who will treat you like a person!

AWFUL office. Medical assistants and some doctors are prejudice and have been overheard stating "these people are just our checks".. medical assistant heard cursing out her supervisor. Old dilapidated office. Going elsewhere for service. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN WARNING!!!

This place is absolutely horrendous. After several visits the doctor seemed complacent and non caring. I told him several times that the medicine he had me on was not working but he kept prescribing the same thing. Then the idiot office staff cancelled my appointment because I had a whopping $140 due, even though I told them I could pay it without problem when I came in for my appt. I would pick any other arthritis doctor in Dallas. These guys are a joke. Arthritis is such a painful disease. It's always best to find a doctor who understands and has a staff that understands and wants to help instead of one like this that runs patients through like cattle.

Met Dr. Raman for my first appointment. She was very professional and through with my exam. Explained my tests and condition and suggested treatments very well. I felt I was in very capable hands.
