Horrible in attentive staff. It brings me to tears to think that people who are in such bad shape have to come to a place where they will be completely neglected and then blamed for their being ignored by the nurses!!! The nurses and surrounding staff were ALL unbelievably inept and so full of defense and excuses that you quickly realize trying to ask for any real help or care is futile. Please, if you have any say in where you wil be going for care, AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS. I am generally a pretty laid back person that is wiling to give people a break when they make the occasional mistake. The hospital stay for my husband was like a weird psychological thriller where everyone around you has this sick like thinking that you know is worped and clearly wrong, yet there is nothing you can do about it. I can't say it enough! We ran into many different nurses and staff but NOT ONE had any sense if simpathy. Unanswered nurse calls for hours at a time. Every time my husband( who had two broken ribs, a collapsed lung, and fractured knee) went without pain meds for more than 4 hours he was in extreme pain and found it very difficult to breath. He still had to remember to request meds even in the middle of the night! If he didn't, it was his fault! He was promised on several occasions that he would be put in an every 4 hour schedule so that he wouldn't t have to remember to request his meds and then wait for 45 minites to 2 hours to get a nurse to come in and give them with so much ingnorance and entitlement along with her that there was not much left for anything else in the room. DON'T COME HERE.

Terrible service at the hospital people are rude people don't know how to handle the people that come in the emergency room has a long wait and it just doesn't make any sense when I say long I mean a four hour wait before you're even call to the back no sense at all terrible terrible terrible service will never come back again
